Objective Capstone class with competitive entry. Students work in teams on the development of a new venture along the idea path: idea; opportunity; market, product, and competition research; validation; analysis of competitive advantage; market analysis; financial pro formas; long-term strategy; establishment of a management team; evaluation of risks and contingencies, including life-after-launch issues, legal strategies, advisory board utilization, and exit.
