The McGuire Program is an exciting, challenging, and engaging yearlong academic experience open to University of Arizona undergraduate and graduate students from all fields of study. Learn the principles of entrepreneurship and innovation through the hands-on process of taking an innovation from an early-stage idea to a viable venture. Eller undergraduate students with professional admissions status can receive a double major in entrepreneurship when they complete the McGuire Entrepreneurship Program.

ENTR 485 Innovating: Creating the Future is the summative experience for Eller business students in their senior year. Students complete EI armed with the ability to creatively and confidently tackle unstructured problems in entrepreneurial, corporate, government, or nonprofit environments.

The Social Innovation Certificate provides Eller undergraduate students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skill sets in real-world environments. Through experiential learning with nonprofit organizations and local small businesses, students engage with the local community, connect theory to practice, and enhance their employability.

The McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship offers a variety of co-curricular activities to augment your academic experience. From weekly Student Entrepreneurship Association meetings, regular McGuire Innovation Talks, and annual events, acquire hands-on experience and understanding of entrepreneurship outside the classroom.
