One of the few research universities in the country to offer an undergraduate major in entrepreneurship, the University of Arizona's award-winning McGuire New Venture Development Program offers a competitive one-year interdisciplinary curriculum designed to prepare selected students for success as entrepreneurs and business leaders.

The entrepreneurship is offered as a double major only for Eller undergraduate students who are accepted into the McGuire NVD Program. Eller students who complete the McGuire NVD Program's two core courses, Venture Development I and II, and additional marketing and finance classes (see below) receive a double major in entrepreneurship, which accompanies the student’s primary business major (finance, marketing, accounting, MIS, business management, business economics, etc.). Interested students with Eller professional admissions status must complete an application during the winter of their junior year. For more information, please visit Eller Entrepreneurship Major or contact your academic advisor.
